Wow – my nails!
I’ve only been taking this a few weeks, plus vitamin D and WOW, my nails in WINTER are longer and not breaking! I have yet to notice anything for my hair but i’m sure that will come in time. I am so happy to have pretty nails after Halloween! Normally when the sun dissapears for winter, my nails start flaking and breaking and are shorter all winter, until our spring getaway to the tropics where I once again grow longer nails. The sun and more humid air play a factor, but these vitamins help make up the gap!

How I Know That Nutrients Like This Work To Restore and Thicken Hair
What HappenedYears ago when I was going to the same barber every time, I started taking a product with some of the nutrients that are in these EVOLVh Better Roots capsules. He noticed it first. He actually told me that I had new hair growing in, and it got thicker every time I went for a haircut. There were also some other nutrients in what I was taking at the time, like:Silica from Horsetail Root, Saw Palmetto, Fo-Ti, Kudzu Extract, but the nutrients in this bottle are very helpful for healthy hair.These Nutrients In This Bottle Specifically Help Grow Thicker HairIodine (as potassium iodide), Selenium (as selenium glycinate), Biotin (as vitamin B7), Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate).AnaGain Nu (pea sprout extract) is new to me, but Iâm glad Iâm going to find outâ¦The Vitamins in this help the hair too, but I take a good multi-vitamin from natural plant based sources, so I donât need them in something like this.The BottleI really like the bottle. Indeterminate Results
It is difficult to evaluate a hair growth supplement in only 1-2 months, it could easily take a few more months to see results, because growing hair takes time. However in clinical trials of AnaGain Nu (the active ingredient in this), there were some people who saw results within 2 months. I have had no negative effects taking this for about 6-7 weeks. I do think this could work to boost new hair growth depending on what exactly is causing your hair loss. If it’s from stress or hormones, I think it’s more likely to work. However, I am pretty sure, given that I’m in my early 40s and my hair loss is full body, that what I have is autoimmune alopecia universalis (caused by H1N1 a decade ago), and this product may not be enough to counteract the rate of my hair loss, which has not slowed down at all while taking this. I do still have some hairs coming in, but the hair is falling out at the root more than what’s coming back. But that’s not the fault of this product and I thought it was worth a shot.The main point of this product is the pea sprout extract and the rest is just kinda window dressing in my opinion. If you’re taking a good multivitamin already, then most of the other items in this product are redundant (however the low amounts are not dangerous to take on top of your other supplements most likely). I like that the bottle is easily recyclable glass that’s tinted dark to prevent light damage. If you have hair loss, at worse case scenario this does nothing, as there should not be any harm regardless of cause, with this safe blend of ingredients.

Minor supplement
I havenât used EVOLVh hair products before, but I gather they are high-end. Possibly their hair care line is superior enough to warrant the premium price but I donât think thatâs true when it comes to their vitamins. I was surprised to find these supplements so minimally packed with vitamins and minerals. For something designed to promote hair improvement, containing only 30 mcg of biotin is shockingly minor. At this point itâs not even really a supplement, itâs just the gentlest of boosts. The other ingredients are likewise minimal. Not to say the ingredients are bad or anything, itâs just that you could get pretty much all this and more with a daily multi-vitamin. If youâre someone looking for significant improvement to hair, you wonât find it here. Not to say thereâs anything bad about what you are getting, I would just recommend a daily vitamin for the same benefits and at a fraction of the price.

Quality packaging but smell is overpowering and nauseating.
I am not sure if I got a defective product or if other reviewers just didn’t care about the smell but the smell was too strong and nauseating for me to even be able to take one of these pills. The pill, by itself, isn’t too large. It shouldn’t be difficult to swallow. The container that it came in is also of great quality. It came in a glass bottle that can definitely be reused to store other stuff once the pills run out. I was really excited to find something with good reviews and was hoping this would help my hair grow stronger but it was a waste. If you think the smell of the product wouldn’t bother you, this can be worth it. Otherwise, look for something else.
