This little ball may seem unassuming at first glance, but let me assure you, it packs a powerful punch when it comes to enhancing your workouts and targeting specific muscle groups.

Despite its small size, this ball is incredibly sturdy and can withstand even the most rigorous workouts without losing its shape or integrity.
– Versatility. While it may be small in size, it offers a wide range of exercise possibilities. Whether you’re looking to strengthen your core, improve your balance, or target specific muscle groups, this ball is up to the task. I have incorporated it into my Pilates and yoga routines with great success, and I am continually amazed by its ability to challenge and engage my muscles in new and exciting ways.
– Convenience. This Pilates ball is incredibly lightweight and portable, making it perfect for use at home, at the gym, or even on the go. I can easily toss it in my gym bag or suitcase and take it with me wherever I go, ensuring that I never miss a workout opportunity. Plus, the small size makes it easy to store when not in use, so it won’t clutter up your living space.
– Effectiveness in targeting specific muscle groups. By placing it between my knees during certain exercises, I am able to engage my inner thigh muscles and improve my overall stability and balance. Great product
After having a bad experience with a prior purchase I loved the ease of this one! No plug required after you inflate it!
I havenât tried deflating it yet but so far I love the initial ease of inflating it, itâs durability, and even my physical therapist says itâs better than the one she has because this has a better grip to it. I got the pink one and I love it. Itâs a cute color and makes it more fun for me to exercise with it!

No plug needed, great purchase
I bought two of these for different locations for my PT exercises. It was simple to inflate – the stem is cleverly hidden in the side of the pump handle and inflated quickly and easily. I pulled the stem out and there was no noticeable leakage of air. I did detect a chemical odor and am hopeful that dissipates in a day or two.
Iâve used the ball for SI Joint Correction (between my knees), for Standing Heel Raise (between my heels), and for Supine Bridge (between my knees). It worked wonderfully and the ball never slipped out of place. Great value for the money and hopefully it will last a long time. I am heeding the advice of another reviewer who said not to keep it on painted surfaces, just in case.

Helps stretch my back
It can be used for a bunch of different things, like placing between the knees or ankles and squeezing, passing around your torso like a basketball player to work on balance, etc. I often keep it between my back and the back of my desk chair. It’s kind of like stimming or fidgeting for me– bouncing back a bit / leaning back and forth as I work. It also keeps the core engaged. It’s also one of my go-tos for stretching my back since I can do it without going to lay down or get up from my desk. Curving my back / arching my back with it will get some of the kinks out (pop ribs back into place, or whatever) and also holding the stretch counts as one of my physical therapy exercises for my scoliosis pain (mine is in my lower back, my squiggly spine that’s all twisty and rude.) Doesn’t always provide the same amount of relief but it’s a nice size for this, at least at a desk chair.

Good quality, Physio ball
My experience with online inflatable products is the pump that arrives with them is generally useless. That is not the case with this nice ball. I did not have to go get an automated pump. It took less than two minutes to have the ball at full density. The feel of the ball for compression exercises is perfect.

Love my therapy ball!
This ball is just the right size for between-the-knees exercises at home. It arrived quickly and was ridiculously easy to inflate with the included pump. (Iâve never needed to inflate a basketball or anything, so I didnât know what to expect.)
It helps make my exercises kind of fun. Very happy with this purchase.

El tamaño perfecto para los ejercicios de rehabilitación de rodilla indicados por la terapeuta. El sistema de inflado y desinflado de la pelota es muy práctico y fácil.

Ordered and received quickly the Pilates ball. Came with a straw, small pump with needle like item to pump up the ballâ¦however it didnât work when you pulled out the pump it deflated very quickly. Back and forth I tried with no success. Ended up blowing it up myself and then quickly put in the stopper. Lost some of the air so ball is very soft.
For $20 I expected more.

Two stars as I am keeping it because in its soft shape I can squeeze it easilyâ¦
