great for PT!
I bought these to help my son complete his physical therapy exercises at home. They are perfect and just like the ones he uses in therapy. They arenât too long and the different sizes are perfect to change the resistance depending on exercise.
We have had them a couple months and have held up great to use 3x a week. The colors are bright and easy to distinguish between light, med, heavy .

Perfect for the price
So far they seem to be pretty durable. Theyâre basic exercise bands and perfect for what I need them for. They are a good length and easy to use.

Versatile, strong, an improvement over what the PT folks gives you
Iâve been in PT a few times (shoulder & upper body rehab). Resistance bands are a staple. Oftentimes PT will give you a length of resistance band or resistance tubing to use at home, and those items, while sturdy, are not top of the line because of cost containment, si you eventually have to replace, if you continue working on stuff at home. These resistance bands are da bomb. Work well for many, many things, and so far, stay strong , no tears, and the length is good. I am 5â4â, so a tall person may need more length, but for me, these work great.

Better* than weights
We like these a lot more than weights for one simple reason…..the space they take up, or should say don’t take up. You can store these in a drawer and its much easier than storing various free weights. Do you get the same workout? That is really up to you to decide. There are numerous options for using them that make them a little more versatile than just having free weights.
The quality of the bands seem really good. I don’t feel any worry when using them that they might snap or break. We really like that there are multiple levels of resistance as well. One thing about them when you first get them is the smell. They have a pretty strong odor initially but eventually it does fade.
Overall very happy with our purchase and can recommend them to anyone looking to add to their workout equipment.

Getting back to exercising
These bands were exactly what I was looking for, the length is perfect for stretching and starting. It has the elasticity that allows me to use them like lifting weights but mind you I am starting from no activity to being more flexible. I think this is an excellent choice and great for me. I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance… Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room 🙁
