VERY NICE & WELL MADE â QUICK ASSEMBLY & MANY FEATURES
These adjustable Dumbbells are just what I was looking for. They are easy to assemble and I like the connecting bar. The kettle ball handle is a great addition and great for arm muscle power training.
I also like the handles for doing pushups. I like the handle grip idea for pushups. The dumbbells are really nicely made and I have not had any problems with their use. I bought the 70lb version and itâs just right for the type of exercise I do. I also like the comfortable foam grips. This is especially nice when doing overhead pushups when you want to rest them on your shoulders and for squats. Overall, this is a good set for the price and value, for what you get. I recommend this dumbbell set.

Perfect start to our home gym
We wanted to set up a mini home gym in our second bedroom/office space, and this adjustable dumbbell set was the perfect start. It takes up very little space, which is ideal, and is perfect for starting your fitness journey at home. Adjusting the weights and switching between dumbbell, kettlebell, and barbell configurations is easy and fantastic. The build quality feels solid and durable.

Great Value for the Price
If you are looking to start working out at home or even putting together a home gym on a budget this product is great and very versatile, perfect for both men and women. It’s easy to use and change out the weights even if you don’t have great grip strength like myself. There are two reasons why I don’t give this product 5 stars, first is that these weights are really meant for people that work in kilograms and not pounds, the most often used weight for us ends up being 13lbs for me and 21lbs for my partner. Minor annoyance that we can’t get 15lbs and 20lbs exactly. The only other issue is that because this product is so versatile the length of the bars that hold the weights is really long and does get in the way during certain exercises. All in all though, if you want somewhere to start that will also last you a long time these are a fantastic choice.
