Works Wonders with Hard Water Damage
If you have harsh city water, I highly recommend this product. The first day I used the powder treatment with the shampoo and conditioner. My hair went from brittle and gross feeling to smooth and healthy in one use. It was a huge difference that I forgot how my hair used to feel! Now I use shampoo / conditioner 2x/week and that seems to keep my hair happy. It has a subtle orange fragrance that I enjoy. Iâm scared to try a new product because this one works so well.

I recently made the move from New York City to a town in Pennsylvania, whose water is super harsh. For the last three weeks, I could not figure out why my hair was not curling. It was dry, brittle, had no volume, and every time I washed my hair, I was losing so much.After doing some research, I realized that Iâm in a town with extremely hard water. I bought this kit as a Hail Mary and used it last night. It definitely made a huge difference. There was more slip. My hair was definitely more hydrated. I finished off with a deep conditioner, rinsed and styled as usual. My hair doesnât feel dry to the touch and actually has volume and definition.As a natural curly girly, I thought my hair was done for and was super frustrated. I am so glad I made this purchase and will be buying more of those little packets as I need to use two for all the hair that I have.

Like the conditioner, not the shampoo
I really wanted to like this product but the shampoo was drying my hair out. I did find a perfect shampoo/conditioner combo that works for me though. I use L’Oréal Professional Metal Detox shampoo and then use the Malibu Hard Water Wellness Conditioner followed by Biosilk Silk Therapy leave in conditioner. This combo has helped soften my hair and eliminate the frizz. If the shampoo is drying your hair, try another shampoo with the Malibu conditioner.

Got my brittle, tangled hair back to silky.
Moved to a place with incredibly hard water. Took me a while to realize it was causing my hair to feel gross. Greasy build up yet bone dry and brittle. Now itâs like silk after one use! Iâm pretty surprised by this result. Iâd highly recommend you try it for yourself if your hair has been dull and matty.

I have really hard water. I was using everything my stylist was telling me to use including K18 (Which is great but expensive but just a bandaid). Then one day she told me about this. She used this along w the conditioner and the hair mask powder on my hair and I loved it. My hair was sooo soft. She didn’t have any to sell so I bought it on Amazon. So happy with the results and the price! Give this a shot you won’t be disappointed. I have colored and highlighted hair and I’m in perimenopause, IYKYK.

Made no difference
I have hard city water and it dries my hair out something fierce.I asked my sister, a retired hair stylist, for some advice. This is what she recommended (based solely off of customer ratings, I suspect).The bundle included shampoo, conditioner, and 4 packages of hair mask. The size of the bottles was average.The shampoo was very thick, like glue (so I was unsure about how much to use), and smelled very nice– like oranges.The package arrived in a timely fashion, so no complaint there, but the reason why I give this product a mediocre rating is because I feel as though for a specialty product, it should have at least made a positive difference after several uses. It did not. In fact, I had better results with a daily clarifying shampoo. Sorry, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product. I feel like it was a waste of my money.

Amazing!
This made an immediate difference in my hair after just one use. Iâve tried all different sorts of various products from drugstore to salon quality shampoos, conditioners, masks, oils, treatments, styling products, on and on, and nothing was fixing the problem (brittleness, lots of breakage/fallout, flyaways, lackluster, etc.). Iâd become convinced it had something to do with chemicals in the water. Used this set of products ONCE and my hair was immediately smooth, manageable, and felt and looked noticeably âbetterâ overall. It felt like my hair used to years ago. I cannot believe it!! A HUGE difference from just using these products ONCE and it did NOT dry it out like some normal clarifying shampoos do (thereâs a difference between clarifying and chelating products). If I experience anything negative after continued use, I will update, but for now, Iâm absolutely amazed!

Night and day difference after one use!
Recently moved to a hard water area. My hair was paying the ultimate price. My scalp was very itchy and hair was falling out/breaking so easily. I used the shampoo, conditioner and the blue hair mask packet and my hair is silky smooth! My scalp isnât itching like crazy and there is about a 90% reduction in the build up that was on my scalp. Cannot wait to see how this works long term.

I wish for the life of me I took before and after photos. I went to Cancun and wore sun lotion every single day and it absolutely ruined my extensions aboard. It was so bright orange and pink no matter what I put on it nothing was putting it back to normal. I have bleach blonde hair reference. When I got home, I ordered this set and was a little sceptical in all honesty so I thought I was going to have to do a bleach bath to sort my extensions ultimately. I shampooâd followed by the crystals and conditioner. I couldnât believe the difference after using the crystals. I was so surprised I used these three products along with a very good pigmented purple shampoo so girls I recommend anyone with bleach extensions that are ruined by sun lotion to buy this and also use a purple shampoo all at the same time and I promise your extensions will be back to perfect! Iâve put on a photo of it saying itâs not recommended for severe discolouration, but mine was terrible and honestly it worked so well.

I never thought I would write a review for shampoo/conditioner, but this one deserves it. I moved from a country with water I thought was hard to a country with water so hard we cannot drink it. My hair felt increasingly dry and awful. I tried moisturizing shampoos, hair oils, etc. Nothing made much of a difference. Then I stumbled on this one, and I kid you not, from the first wash my hair has felt softer and fluffier (I have not been able to get my hair cut in 7 months, so it might be TOO fluffy) I have naturally grey hair, which is usually fairly dry at the best of times and this had made it feel great. I plan to keep using this when I finally move somewhere with soft water and look forward to seeing what healthiness happens to my hair then. Cannot recommend this shampoo/conditioner enough

I received the product within a couple of days from ordering, packaging was great and there were no leaks.I live in the Montreal South Shore area and we have very hard water. I work out a lot and therefore need to wash my hair more often.I have long dark brown hair and noticed over the years that my hair was becoming lighter in colour and it was becoming very dry, this could also be age-related, but after testing our water and learning that it is very hard water, I realized this was the main culprit of the hard effects on my hair.I have used this product only once so far (I am writing the day after), and wow, what a difference in just this one time.Shampoo and conditioner smell fresh. The shampoo lathered nicely (I usually have to use a lot of shampoo to build up a lather). The minerals were very interesting to use but spread well throughout the hair, the smell was odd, but I knew that was from the minerals, as soon as I rinsed the minerals…I could feel instantly the difference in my hair texture, and it felt clean!!! I conditioned after (I only condition the bottom of my hair so that the top doesn`t get weighed down) and it was great, felt very smooth.The day after using this my hair feels soft and no longer as dry and styling my hair seemed much easier and quicker, my hair responded well!
