Needed small roller to loosen muscle tightness from arthritis…Looked at rollers in PT and tried to find one similar..Many were pricey & some were cheaper..Therapist recommend a soft plastic like the one he was using..Price & size are perfect for me to use. So far, no complaints..

I use it to roll my leg muscles as I’m regrowing them after severe muscle atrophy and it works like a champ to help reduce recovery time and pain. Perfect amount of foamy-soft but hard enough to get a deep tissue massage. And the bearings on the roller are insanely smooth. A+ product ð

Because I’m elderly and my skin is not as plump as when I was younger, it didn’t suit me, I thought this roller would be a softer foam. However for all you strong and young people, this would be a good choice.
