    I wish the product description would have stated that it was only good for 13 weeks. I would have ordered more. I love this book. It’s helped me start on a journey that I’ve needed to take for a while and it’s keeping me accountable.My only dislike is that the area to write what you are that day isn’t big enough. I like to put a lot of detail and unless I write REALLY small there is no room.

This one is simple to fill in and maintain.It has just the right amount of details; not too less not too much…but keeps you accountable for what you have consumed and your daily exerciseEasy weekly goal tracking. Also appreciate its just 13 weeks as it helps keep small small goal at a time which is really more helpful in the long run
