I used this product for the first time yesterday and I was so surprised by how much it detangled my hair. I wear my hair in braids often, so this product was so effective and gentle. I have medium-thick type 4 hair, and I always utilize this pre-pool before I begin my wash process. It literally melts the knots away and makes wash day less of struggle. It also provides a bit of moisture before you shampoo which is always a plus and the smell is wonderful. My sister first introduced me to the product, and I’ve purchased it about 3 times. A little does the job, but I’m heavy handed lol. I would definitely recommend for those needing that detailing process to go on smoothly

I really didn’t see a point to pre-wash. I just took out my braids so I needed to comb out any tangles. This did the job perfectly. Just glided through and comb them out with ease. What usually takes and hour because of pain took 20mins! I’m sold, silky, smells great too.

HIGH POROSITY LIFE CHANGER!
I have a mix of 3C, 4A and 4C hair. All different sized ringlet curls that constantly tangle and get impossible to remove two strand knots especially by the time wash day comes around. I literally loose hair because of the nature of my mixed curls juxtaposed having dry arse high porosity hair that feels like the Sahara without the right products and doesn’t retain moisture. Washing my hair is a nightmare because it makes it even more tangled even if I try to detangle ahead of time. The only thing that has ever worked before is an expensive fenugreek pre poo by a Black owned company but you get much less for more money. And, honestly, this costs less and works just as well if not better. The slip is insane! It literally melts the knots and tangles out of my hair and pre conditions it with so much slip and moisture that shampooing doesn’t wreck it and cause hair loss from detangling after with conditioner and post wash. I will literally NEVER be without this again! Plus, little goes s7ch a long way! I have a LOT of hair and I barely put a dent in this giant jar whereas with most products, I go through a third of the jar at least every wash day! I wish they would make a leave in version of this because the way it makes my curious pop, a leave in with less residue would also be a staple for me! This stuff rocks!

Good Stuff – 4C hair girly here!
The slip is UNREAL. You can literally finger detangle with ease. Detangles like a dream. You must add a good quantity to the hair, massage it in for about 5 minutes before you begin to finger detangle. After that time, your comb should glide through, unless you have wicked split ends. Then, cut them off like a frenemy. I’m not easily influenced but Im glad I followed my gut with this product as a prepoo. Will be purchasing again. Good stuff!

really a miracle
my 7 year old wouldnt let me comb her hair since she was 4 its been devasting her hair became so bad with huge tangles that we couldnt get out, hairstylist said cut her hair off or dread lock it and she has idk what type of hair im 4c and other person had curly hair. Her hair is very nice and curly again tangle free after years this product is a miracle with the grace of GOD for allowing her to finally be herself again she had that issue along with some others. Anywho the shampoo smells and feels good like slime it looks like it too its fun for me when putting it on her hair. I also used a detangling comb from beauty supply store and hope my review helps someone with a daughter or son who has similar issue. This made washing and doing her hair so easy.

Game changer!
I really wish I knew about this product sooner. I have thick, coarse, 4c hair and the hardest part of my routine is detangling my hair after a take down. I apply a generous amount, making sure the hair is coated and Iâm able to detangle with the unBrush (another goodie). It literally melts into the hair and gives so much slip that the brush can just glide through. I can now detangle my entire head in about 5 minutes. The amount of product for the price is good in my opinion and It smells great too. I highly recommend this product and it will be a staple for me going forward.
