I have very short hair. This hot comb did not get my hair very straight. For how short my hair is, I expected extremely straight hair. The problem is that this hot comb does not get hot enough. I didn’t pay attention to what the highest heat setting is when I bought it. I chopped my hair off years ago and am proudly sporting my natural 4c curls, but occasionally I would like to wear a straight look. I have a brush that will do it perfectly, if my hair was longer. I was hoping this hot comb would work the same on my short hair, but it just made my hair look like I had big loose curls.
