I’ve been desperately trying to find a replacement for the recently discontinued Trader Joe’s toothpaste which has been my favorite for years. This one by Wholefoods if okay, a little runny and the taste isn’t as fresh as I like.

The box that contains the tube arrived already opened. It looked like it was forced open. I ordered two and the other was sealed. I checked the tubes in both to compare. The tube in the opened box looked different enough that I wondered if it was freshly packed or had already been opened. It made me uncomfortable so I went to return it. Turns out it canât be returned. There is an offer for a refund but when you follow the trail of instructions to get a refund it keeps dead ending and going around in circles. If I didnât know better, Iâd say the system is designed like a maze to make it hard to process a refund, if thatâs even possible. Feels like Iâm stuck and screwed.
