Quality and Value
Good product, good grade, good quality, good price, good value. This form of resistance tool is the most portable (think travel). Compact and provided in a nice bag, there isn’t much that I would improve upon. The set is complete across 5 levels of resistance bands, each clearly marked with its category and a scale. Decent bands
For the price theyâre worth it. Iâve been using these for my knees while doing at home pt. I started using the medium daily, and it broke after 3 months. The heavy I started using daily 4 times a week, and when the medium broke I used it daily. I was able to get almost 5 months before that one broke. Iâm still able to use the extra heavy daily. Thus, to me, for the price theyâre worth it. Guessing Iâll get another few months of the extra heavy, and then have to buy new bands.
