Just right!
I had purchased two different rollers in the past, one was way too firm (bruised my spine) and the other was soft with no ridges so I didn’t feel like it was doing enough. This roller is just right for my needs. It’s firm but not so firm that it’s painful.

Takes some getting used to
Very different from a regular flat foam roller but I assume itâs better at myofascial release. I have to hold my weight up off of it a little bit on all the major muscle groups because itâs quite painful under my full weight. I may get used to it – not sure if that possible. But Iâm glad I got it – I did feel pretty good the next day and Iâm hoping this roller is why. I generally feel a little stiff from too much running and getting up in age. Just be aware that itâs pretty rough on the bod.

If you are looking for a product that is a very firm plastic with very little give, this would be for you. I was actually looking for a much softer roller bar.Everything else about it was fine, just be sure you want a very firm product.

Significantly better than a normal dense foam roller. I have horrible mobility in most of my body, and there have been a few spots (my calves, my quads) where the bumps on this are reeaallyyy pushing the limit of what I can handle as far as pain management (i.e. can I breathe comfortably thru the pressure this is applying – sometimes I absolutely cannot lol). Whereas with a normal foam roller, I could put most body parts on it and feel relief, but not notice any significant differences in mobility, this provides relief AND a noticeable increase in range of motion exercises.I don’t follow the guide that came with the roller, but I instead follow MobilityWOD videos on how best to use this. It’s gotten rid of knots, and opened up my mobility in a few key exercises I didn’t think I’d ever manage.It’s definitely no end-all-be-all device, but if you’re already into foam rolling (which you should be) this will be a worthwhile purchase.

Ce rouleau est un vrai rouleau Rumble Roller. Il masse très bien, bien plus en profondeur que les rouleaux que l’on achète dans les magasins de sport et donc l’effet de relaxer les muscles, atténuer nos tensions sont bien au rendez-vous. Rien à dire sur ce rouleau mis à part le prix élevé
