Super Useful and Sturdy
Love this ball for Pilates and abdominal massage. Able to inflate easily and in seconds (you donât need a pump) and easy to deflate for travel or for different workout uses I love mine for self abdominal massage when I canât make it to acupuncture. I have used it daily since purchase. Recommend over cheaper versions.

Wonderful addition to my home gym.
It’s a great piece of equipment to have at home. The ball arrives semi-flat and needs to be pumped. The ball that I ordered is the one that comes with the hand pump. It is made of durable, strong, and very pliable material. You can make the ball softer or stronger based on your needs. Both the ball and pump travel well. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommended.

Missing plug & inflation straw
I used this ball for physical therapy as well as general exercises. It’s great!! Right size, easily maneuvered, and the flexibility of the surface is perfect for my exercises.
Since receiving this itemand reviewing what was to included, I didn’t receive Everything.
So now, I can’t find the one plug I received and I can’t use it.
Just tell me what to do. Buy the plugs & straw?? Would you replace?

I really like this non weighted Pilates ball. Itâs made of a thick material that feels like a long lasting quality. Itâs easy to blow up and start using. This Pilates ball has a nice feel against the skin and the perfect give when lying back on it for balancing exercises. I wanted something similar to what they offer in studio for home use and this is it!

Got this ball to do physical therapy- had an exercise ball pump – after 5 attempts I plugged the hole without too much air loss. After a couple hours itâs lost almost 1/2 the air.
No check valve. Not good plug.
Says not to leave near painted surfaces- or other balls.
