Good solubility, causes nosebleeds
The product mixes and dissolves well. It also was at one point labdoor certified.
However, I’ve noticed this brand of creatine causes me to get frequent nosebleeds. The nosebleeds go away once I stop taking this product, and also do not occur when taking other brands. I’ve tested this using month-long cycles (controlling for as many confounding variables as possible) and this trend is quite noticeable. Maybe it’s because this brand is more pure or potent? I don’t know for sure

Ultra powdered, mixes well with my protein shakes. Put it into my last creatine container, as I’m not a fan of the foil pouch.

Formula Change
The first time I bought this creatine, it was fine. I just opened a new bag with newly designed packaging a few weeks ago. It smells awful, fishy as others have stated. It doesn’t blend well anymore, there’s way more clumps than before. I tried to make a shake with it a few times and felt sick all day every single time.
They don’t do returns or refunds. Even on their main website and socials, there’s tons of complaints about decline in product quality and poor customer service. I do not recommend this product. After researching the company, I do not recommend any of their products. This is not the way to run a business.

I am still testing this product, but it seems to be ok and the price was really good if you compare to the similar products on the market. No flavor – mixed with water does not change, which work well for me.
The measuring thing is confusing: the packaging says ‘1 scoop’ which should be 3g, but the tiny scoop has a scale saying 2.5 and 5… what is that?
Anyway, I do recommend.
