Over all it works great for what i purchased it for. I imagined it to be bigger so just keep that in mind. And the foam seems to be overall good quality

Great for travel or lighter work!
I like that this foam roller is small and compact so you can take it with you on the go. The main issue is that it is not super dense and in my opinion wonât be a good match if you like something that will not compress at all or very little. For reference, I weigh 113 lbs and it compresses quite a bit when rolling by back or shoulders out.

Amazing foam roller
It’s perfectly dense, nice and comfortable but still hard enough to do what you need it to do. I love that there’s a pattern on the outside that gives it a nice grip. Very happy with this.

So intense!
I got this for my ITB muscle. It runs on the outside of your thigh to your knee. This is firm and the roller helps so much but it is intense. We also use it on our backs as a roller and it feels so nice. A nice little massager you can use alone or with a friend.

This had the pite tial to work really well it just fell short, pardon the pun. It is not really wide enough for an average sized human. It is was a few inches longer it would have been awesome.
