Pros and Cons
The colander part of this unit is great. It is large and seems well made. The knives are ok. If you were not in your regular kitchen and wanted something to haul on a hiking or camping trip, then the knives would at least be available for use. The cutting blade inserts are mediocre. I ended up returning the unit because the flat straight blade was totally unusable on the unit I received. The plastic piece around it was slightly malformed therefore causing the blade to be lower than the plastic which meant food would slide right over the blade. The other blade inserts seemed ok, but I did not use them. I would not recommend buying this if you are planning on using the blades frequently.

So it was what I ordered but smaller than what I needed. It’s very compact and functional so I’m giving it to my brother for Christmas.

Love this in the RV. Has all those little tools you only use once in a while, without the clutter! Quality isn’t 100% , so if you plan to use it frequently. I would opt for larger studier tools that are designed to be used often. As a compact add on to RV kitchen supplies. It’s perfect for traveling!

Das mitgelieferte Messer hat genau die richtige GröÃe und die Klinge ist sehr scharf, sowohl zum Schneiden von Gemüse als auch von Fleisch! Auch der Rest der Klingen ist sehr scharf! Die tragbare GröÃe eignet sich auch für Camping und Grillpartys. Zusammenklappbarer Abtropfkorb zum Spülen und zusammenklappbares Schneidebrett zum Schneiden, Hacken und Würfeln.
