For the curler-challenged
Beginner to or just incompetent with conventional curling irons? This. This is it, babes. I have fine hair and unfine curling skills, and I canât get it wrong with this thing. Very easy to use, and the wireless capability has been so so convenient. Iâve already used it in the car on the way to a wedding. As long as you are good with one curling size, youâll be good with this. It does change direction and can be used when charging with the provided USB-C cord and wall adapter. The build quality is solid, it has a nice feel and weight to it.Two things I would recommend is providing a travel case, like the TYMO Porta Pro has. Also, something to steady it when laid on a counter would be nice – itâs round and rolls around a lot when put down in between curls.

Disappointed
I was very excited to get this curling iron. I followed the instructions and put it on it’s charger. I re read the instructions about using it . The rotating barrel did not work. Went through the instructions again. Made sure the airplane mode was off. Did everything I was supposed to do. It just didn’t work. I’m returning it and not asking for a replacement.

Not as easy as made to seem
Iâm not good with hair. So this seemed like a great way to get the wavy look. I was not able to get the hair to curl around the barrel no matter what I did. It was not easy for an uncoordinated hair person to use & style my hair. Iâm sure that if you know how to curl hair properly, this would be an amazing time saver.

Bought this to use for my off the grid wedding, but omg I think I’m going to continue using it as my regular curling iron!! Battery life is decent, also love that it works when it’s plugged in charging with the cable as well (for regular bathroom use)

Stopped working
Really loved this at the beginning, but then randomly stopped getting hot or holding a charge on the 3rd use. On the 4th use it stopped working altogether.

I love the concept but…
I ordered this curler after seeing so many videos on it and I was so excited when I received it that I literally gave it a try while I was still at work. It does well at curling but it makes a very high pitched humming noise. Has anyone else had this issue?
