This multivitamin is all you can ask for and more. I have Hashimotos/PCOS/MTHFR mutation/IBS so I have done a lot of research to find the best options on the market. Amy Myers has created the real deal and I have been reaping the benefits ever since Day 1. A lot of my symptoms associated with high androgens and an underactive thyroid (dry hair, brittle nails, thinning hair, digestive complaint, dry skin) have GREATLY improved. Only caution I have is take this supplement with food – it is quite potent and I have noticed I can get nauseous when taken on an empty stomach first thing in the morning. Amazing product and all Amy has to offer is top notch! Highly recommend her book and program, as well. Thank you very much, I am so grateful.

Perfect vitamin for my low carb way of eating
I’m 79 and decided to jump on the Low Carb, Intermittent fasting way of eating. Everything went really well until I got leg cramps every night. Researching the issue found that I needed more Magnesium in my diet but that’s difficult because so many of the foods needed were off limits to a low carb diet. I went looking for a vitamin that would provide not just Magnesium, but contained everything needed for someone who doesn’t eat enough to get the vitamins they need. I found the Myers Multivitamins and they’ve been perfect. I can’t take the six pills a day but just two or four a day are enough to stop the leg cramps, my nail quit splitting, and I have a lot more energy.

Feeling great
Iâve been taking this for a week, I canât believe Iâve ever felt this good. I have Hashimoto and RA.. and could never find the right supplement. Believe me this works extremely well ( for me) I take 2 tablets at lunch time, within an hour I do have pale green urine… which doesnât bother me, the joints in my hands donât ache at all, Iâm sleeping great, I have so much energy, this product is obviously exactly what I needed, I highly recommend it.

Just Got Them But They Seem Great
I’d read about them in relation to hair-loss and taking thyroid medication. The good news is that hair-loss with most thyroid drugs is reversible. These vitamins were recommended in conjunction with that. Will probably switch from my sorry-ass Endocrinologist who I had to convince that hair-loss associated with Synthroid and Levothyroxine is reversable with research HE should have known. Don’t Google it; AI it. That’s where the answers are. Point blank.

I didn’t like this multi vitamin, I tried cancelling this product several times and yet its still coming. I have to re cancel every month. I even cancelled through the seller. Please Amazon stop sending me this product.
