As far as accuracy, what is my basis for comparison? Seems accurate as far as other physical factors indicate a high or low reading is expected. During COVID my wife was having oxygen level issues. I could find any around town so I went to where I knew I would find one. Amazon of course has everything but I wasnât sure how good this product would be until my wife used it. We compared the numbers at the doctors office and they were almost exact.

Display is upside down
I don’t understand why the display is upside down. It should be in the other direction so it is easy to read while exercising. I had another oxygen sensor that had the display in the correct direction where I didn’t have to twist my hand and finger around to read it. Poor design in my opinion. Just received it so I don’t know about longevity of the device. I wish I read a review that stated about it the display issue but I didn’t see any. Maybe no one else thinks that is odd. Also, the left battery is placed in a non typical battery position so be careful about that. The accuracy seems good because I do have a very low pulse and this is displaying a low pulse.
