Wonderful Customer Service!
When our original order arrived the book cover was torn off and the spiral binding was bent out of shape (probably from the shipping itself). We contacted the company and explained the situation. They immediately sent us a replacement book (packaged in a box instead of a mailer) and it arrived in perfect condition. They didn’t charge for the new book, and told us we could keep the damaged book. And all of this was at no cost to us. This kind of customer service & care seems is wonderfully refreshing! And the new book is already being used in our home. The book has full explanations, diagrams & pictures, so that we can easily practice the acupressure points, helping us to find relief for stress and pain. We would order from this company again without doubt. And we thank them so very much for taking such good care of our order!

Lots of detail
This book is arranged by problems and list the acupressure points that could help solve the problem, and detailed instructions on how to apply pressure to the points.I believe that this is a valid approach. An other way would be to list the acupressure points and all the things each effects, but it would be somewhat difficult to find all the relevant points and note them in a list. This book does that for you. Some of the same points show up very often. I have been using the “5 Minute Chi Boost” by Lee and have found apply pressure to these points to be useful. The ones that showed up in this book and those already on my list were most interesting to me.I found some effective pressure points in this book and added them to my daily Chi Boost routine. I found the discussions of these points from another perspective to be very helpful.I have this book close by and within reach so if a problem comes up, I have a book to refer to.Highly recommended, especially for seniors. It is important to keep your energy flowing and not let first one area bog down and stagnate, and then another. Youthfulness is characterized by free flowing energy, suppleness, flexibility, and by what one might call “juiciness”. This is in contrast to what many of evolve into: stagnant energy, stiffness, rigidity, and being “dried up”. These physical traits have emotional and mental characteristics, especially stiffness and rigidity.

Helpful, Not Quite as Effective As Accupuncture For Me
This is a book I have been using for 3 years now, and it’s something I can honestly say there was a time in my life I would have never, and I mean never seen myself purchasing or using. I worked in a very traditional western medicine setting for a number of years before I began my current life as a fabulous stay at home mom. And I really thought anything related to acupressure or acupuncture was a load of manure. Not too long before I purchased this book, I became familiar with some of the US Military’s use for acupuncture in the treatment of pain as a means to reduce opioid addiction in wounded soldiers, and there was enough credibility behind the information that was coming out that I thought…well, ok, maybe I can be open minded about this. And then I was put on a medication that damaged my liver, and when that happens, one of the first thing that happens is you get pulled off of any and every medication possible, especially ones that metabolize through the liver.I have seasonal allergies that can best be described by the words of an allergist I saw many years ago when he walked into his office to give me test results: “Do you want some coffee? It’s pretty much the only thing you’re not allergic to around here.” My allergies kind of have a life of their own. So being pulled off of my allergy medications was tough. So I started acupuncture because I was totally desperate and figured I had absolutely nothing to loose by trying it, and we bought this also for home use, because they are related concepts. I find that the book is well laid out, easy to understand, the points are clearly marked and demonstrated, and the kindle version is well-linked.I have used this for headaches, stress, anxiety, congestion, and allergies on myself, my husband, and my daughter. My husband pretty much says the only ones that he finds helpful are the anxiety pressure point, and sometimes the congestion ones. The dietary changes I had to make as part of the healing process for my liver alone made huge improvements on my allergies, but I still have some problems. Up until this spring, I was able to do acupuncture. Now I don’t have any babysitting coverage for our son, so I’ve been using straight acupressure, and I can tell you it helps some, but isn’t anywhere near as effective as the acupuncture was for me on the allergies. For me, it works best on congestion, especially in my ears, the anxiety points, headaches, and some of the points for coughing surprisingly enough have been helpful. My daughter pretty much says it helps a little, but not as much as allergy meds for her. Since it’s not universally effective in our house, and it doesn’t work for me as well as acupuncture, it’s a four star product. But I have found it helpful at times and I do think it’s a well done book, and it’s something that may benefit you also.

The book was received in fine condition with no writings at all on the cover, pages or spine. The pages do NOT have dog ears and are still in a very well condition.

My second time buying this book
I bought this book more than than 10 years ago and completely wore it out so I just bought a fresh copy. This is an amazing healing book. Itâs organized by symptoms and goals. For example, if you have a very tight jaw or TMJ, there is a series of exercises to address that particular issue.

Das beste Buch zum Thema und vollen, die ich habe. Ich habe auch die Ãbersetzung ins Deutsch, da sind die Fotos von schlechterer Qualität… Das englische Buch ist dagegen super.
Susan Garrard –
I am really pleased with this excellent book which is a simple to use and understand introduction to using acupressure. The author clearly believes in and loves the healing effects of accuppressure. There are lots of pictures and very detailed information on how to locate and work with your internal energy.
