I love the design, PERIOD! In addition to the auto shut off, the automatic settings for the heat temperature, the luxurious look of the curling iron itself, the length of the wand, and the long cord, even though I am using it at home, my hair grows faster the fewer hands I keep out of it. I LOVE IT!!! I never thought I would see fit to use a hot glove to protect my fingertips but this little extra is awesome. However, I may have gotten it from ordering another one of their curling irons.YES, I AM A RETURNING CUSTOMER and itâs worth it! ð¤

Great extra long barrel for long hair!
I’ve tried to find an extra long barrel on curling irons since my hair is waist-length, and they aren’t that easy to find. However, this one has a great long barrel – and the most important thing – the power switch is in a great place where I don’t accidentally turn it off while I’m using it! AND – it’s affordable!I love the slim handle, which is easy to grip. The power cord has a swivel on it, so it doesn’t get tangled – even while using it with an extension cord. The digital display is easy to read, easy to set, and it heats up within a minute. Overall, this is a great curling iron – I bought the 1″ barrel size – but I’m sure it’s great in any size. Definitely a “must-buy”! What a great price point!

I appreciate the large barrel, most are way to small/narrow if you only want the ends of your hair to slightly turn under and don’t want to look like Shirley Temple! The barrel coating allows hair to slide outw/o getting snagged, stuck or pulled, as with other curling irons. I rated 4 stars, because the tool seems very heavy. I’m 74, holding the iron up to my head is difficult for me, though it works well. Also, the barrel could be a little shorter in length; it seems unnecessarily long, and adds to the weight. I would recommend this iron – especially for someone with strong arms!ð

I have come to like styling my hair on top of my head with curls about the face and some hanging on lower neck. I have received many complements about how I style it, and have been asked if they are natural curls (being that the curls are so small). The smaller barrel helps me achieve this look. I remember in early 2000s when I was in high school, there were girls at camp who had small barreled curling irons and had wanted since to get my own. I have been using this tool for a while now, and I really enjoy it.

This curling iron was larger than expected, probably bigger than 2inches.Which I didnât mind.However, the clasp did not feel tight enough. My hair slipped through between the barrel and the outer part, without even having to press the clasp to open. I could just pull my hair through like a straightener almost. It is not ideal when I like to have control and curl with pull and tension, the top down.Also it got so hot. My hair was smoking even though I did not set the temperature any higher than my other curling irons or flat irons. I donât trust the temperature.I will be returning

I like that the iron heats up quickly and the curls come out nice, but the clamp bends too easily if there’s too much hair around the barrel. The clamp on a curling iron should not be pliable or bend easily no matter how much sectioned hair you’re trying to curl.
