I really love this. The balls are about as big as a fist. They’re the perfect size. I can use them laying in bed, sitting in the car, on my yoga mat or carpet. Really helps get the knots out. Been using them daily since purchased. I see a massage therapist every three weeks but it isn’t enough and it’s too expensive, so this is the perfect solution and investment in yourself. They have no smell and they will last a long time I can tell (cork is a great material). Other balls I tried had an awful plastic smell and just didn’t feel good on my skin as these do. Also the other brands balls were smaller in size so they didn’t reach deep enough into my body to help massage the knots out of my muscles. I highly recommend this to anyone
