Easy to use, a great tool
I’ve never used a hair straightening brush before but I do use a flat iron; just about daily really for at least a decade now, so that was my basis for comparison. This tool heats up very quickly! I set it to ~200 the couple times I’ve used it, but I plan to also try it with lower and higher heats. It is rather bulky/boxy, and its hard for me to resist grabbing it as I obviously don’t want to burn myself. It does a great job of straightening, but I kind of want to push the hair against the brush when I use it since it doesn’t get clamped in place like between the plates of a flat iron. My hair right now is chin length, and it does a great job of smoothing the ends in toward my face which I like. I think I will likely use this on day old hair to tame my cowlicks + bed head, but will stick to a flat iron when getting dressed for an occasion. There is always room for a variety of hot tools and I would definitely recommend trying this, especially if you have longer hair. I was thinking that it would be a total game changer if this operated on a charge so you aren’t tied to a cord and a wall plug….. that would make it 5 stars for sure! Overall enjoyable and works pretty well.

I have a head of very thick, naturally wavy hair that I tame into submission by flat ironing it daily. Living in the Pacific Northwest, keeping my hair straight is challenging – if I get caught in the rain, it looks like I stuck my finger in a light socket. ð I love the concept of a straightener in the form of a brush; when I’m short on time, this works perfectly to remove the frizz in just a matter of easy brush strokes. This heats up quickly, and while I still have to use my flat-iron comb to section hair because it’s so thick, that doesn’t take away from how awesome this is. Highly recommend!

This is a good dupe for the name-brand straightening comb. It works well, leaving my hair shiny and smooth, and without tangles or making it look flat. The comb heats up quickly and evenly. The teeth are spaced just right â theyâre close enough together to properly smooth the hair while avoiding snags or pulling.For anyone new to straightening combs: use the comb with the teeth facing up/out, which is the opposite of how youâd use a traditional hairbrush. This technique helps your hair settle towards the heat, and as you comb through, the action pulls the hair closer to the heated part of the comb for the best results.

Where is the brand name logo?
The hair straightener brush came in an unsealed box. It looks nice and resembles another more famous brand of straightening brushes. The brush came to temperature fast and straightened my fine hair without the problem Please notice, that the temperature display is in Celsius. I do prefer this type of brushes for straightening over the flat irons. I feel they produce way less damage to the hair. I did knocked one star because this particular brush felt somewhat bulky to me and strangely came in a generic box and has NO sellers’ logo like pictured in the listing. It is unusual the least. Happily to report, the brush did not produce any funky smells during operation. The heat glove is included in the box, but I don’t think this particular products needs it that much.
