The book is great – full of colorful illustrations and ideas that seem doable for this procrastinator.A big THANK YOU to Goodwill of Dayton (Ohio) who initially sent the wrong book with the correct paper. When I told them via Amazon about the mix-up, they got back to me the next morning and told me to keep the book and they will send the one I ordered. Establishing new habits can be hard – but this books makes it so easy for you! I love how easy it is to read and how challenges are broken up into different categories. not all of your goals have to be food or exercise related! You will enjoy reading through these ideas – also makes a great gift!

I bought this book and for one reason only because it says challenges in the title. I decided not too long ago that my life was in desperate need of a fun, to-do. I wanted to do something that felt like an accomplishment, that I could later share my experience with others. So, I bought this book to embark on a journey of challenges to kickstart my YES man attitude. It did not disappoint. So far Iâm participating in the de-cluttering for 30 days and I must say, there is something pretty wonderful about really committing to a task that will inevitably improve my overall life. I love that itâs taking it day by day, from things Iâve been meaning to get rid of/ donate but I hadnât really taken the time to until now. âBig Book of 30 Day Challengesâ is a really good resource to structuring your life. Take for instance, the Exercise challenge. Thatâs on my next to-do, as well as, Track Your Expenses because Lord knows I need it. Anyways this book is great for getting you committed to the tasks at hand, everything you wanted to do but didnât have the motivation, until now.

I was hoping that this book would have a step by step guide of what to do over the next 30 days to challenge yourself with a calendar of bullet points that would explain what to do on this day to help with the next. However, this book just gives you a bunch of ideas of what habits you can break in 30 days with some tips here and there. Not impressed… don’t waste your money.
