This e.l.f eyeliner is great!
e.l.f No Budge Retractable Eyeliner IS Creamy AND Ultra-Pigmented. The applicator is user friendly and easy to apply along the upper and lower eyelash line. It also works great as an eye shadow. The color gradually lightens after several hours of wear and removes easily with a wet washcloth when cleansing your face. I love the coffee color! It’s a warm brown that’s very complimentary for brown eyes.

Decent rounded pencil
This is a decent eyebrow pencil for the price. Itâs a rounded end which makes it a little hard to apple, as it goes on thick. It lasts most of the day. Color is accurate.

I am very late to the Elf brand, but I am in love! This eyeliner is richer and is richer and more pigmented than the very expensive liner I purchased from a certain high-end brand. I’ll give you a hint: The high-end line I went for broke within the last year is headed by a certain beautiful redhead. She says ‘Darling and beautiful” to her followers. Well, I foolishly spent a fortune on her line last holiday season. I was a real fool as her products are truly nothing special. For a few dollars, I purchased the Elf eyeliner and it is marvelous! It has the richest pigment! Truly, it is a ten, and ‘less than ten dollars’ and most importantly, cruelty-free! I’ll be an Elf consumer from here on out! You just cannot do better and save more than this stunning line! Thank you, Elf!

Will stay on eybrows!
I applied the eyeliner to fill in my eyebrows. The perfect color will last at least to the next day and even a 2nd day being careful not to wash the color off when I wash my face. The 3rd day I did have to fill in a small amount but I’ve tried microblading and it never stays on for a year maybe months. So not to have to fill in my eyebrows every day, I’m liking this on my eyebrows. I know it’s eyelined but what the hey, works for me and my brows! The older I get the more help my brows need. Thanks e.l.f! (I’m going to buy a color for my mom for her eyebrows.. she’s going to love it!)

This eyeliner goes on smoothly! No tugging. Stays put all day!! Beautiful color (coffee). Does not irritate my sensitive skin or eyes. Will be buying more. Would be great if they expanded to other colors ..like greens, purples, blues, bronzes.
