Great for the money
I wanted a glow up from the winter. And this has helped revive my confidence. I donât use this daily as I am just getting used to it. But I see a difference as it de puffs my morning face with the ice roller. I have real bad baggy eyes and trying to massage diminishes the bagginess (genes can not be reversed with this).
It is comfortable to use for a beginner, like myself. Instructions on use are provided. And as I get more comfortable I notice that I donât need to look at the instructions as much.
The gua sha is great for helps increase circulation again Iâm a beginner I have not used much pressure yet. But my skin is glowing. I do use gua sha with an oil which helps move excess fluid and fluidity of application and process.
This is a pretty set, of good quality, and perfect for a starting set. It is an affordable set to reduce puffiness, helping blood flow, refresh and possibly greater collagen production, and plum up! Great product!

Large ice roller; make sure your attaching it right
The ice roller is a bit bigger than expected but with some maneuvering you can still get all the nooks and crannies of your face, and it makes it even easier to do larger areas like the cheeks and neck so Iâm happy to have it. **Ive seen some people say itâs difficult to connect the ice roller to the handle but you just need to make sure that youâre forcing the holder over the âdentsâ in the side of the roller so it doesnât make the holder stretch extra wide to snap together. Doing one side at a time is also easier; youâre only snapping one side in. I leave mine in the fridge full time so I donât have to remember to put it in the freezer 15 minutes before I use it, and it maintains cold for a few minutes of use (more than enough time to do your whole face) but it definitely is colder and lasts a little longer if you do the freezer method. I havenât used any other gua sha but the stone seems good and both the stone and ice roller come with basic instructions for use. Iâd still recommend looking up more detailed information on using the gua sha in particular; I think people tend to push too hard when using them.

The Best Face Duo
Iâm very particular about my skincare routine but these two tools are a constant. The ice roller has helped with the inflammation and redness, while the gua sha has helped with my circulation and tension from TMJ. The quality of the gua sha is amazing! It looks like you spent way more money on it and whatâs even better is that you get two tools for that great cost. Itâs lightweight that I take it on every vacation and itâs so easy to use that you can use it while watching tv (you donât have to stand in front of a mirror).

One thing though, it requires patience and much more care to avoid any type of bruising. I apply coconut oil first to help the gua sha glide smoothly. I don’t expect immediate results on my thighs, especially because it’s difficult for me to devote enough time. I have been using both products for 3 weeks and I have not experienced any allergic reaction nor skin irritation. Aside from the ice roller handle being a tad darker than in the pictures, I highly recommend these products based on cost, functionality, and results.
