Great product it really does work. When I opened the box of shampoo it looks like it was leaking already. Didn’t think anything of it, but when I used it foe the first time the pump was not working. Had to unscrewed top to use product. May I have a replacement bottle or a empty container to transfer product to another bottle with working pump
