I’ve been using the Keeps Daily Hair Supplement for several weeks now, and Iâve noticed some positive changes. Good multivitamin for limiting shedding
Looking at the ingredients, I noticed that the amount of biotin in this is super low, which isnât super upsetting to me because biotin can sometimes cause excess body hair growth. The real keys here are the saw palmetto and hydrolyzed keratin. Saw palmetto will limit shedding and the keratin will increase the strength of your hair. The proportions of the vitamins arenât anything excessive so it will be a nice gradual improvement. I would recommend these for the average person, not necessarily someone struggling with severe hair loss issues. Other than those two ingredients these are basically a multivitamin with some hair benefits thrown in. They are pricey but for a 3 month supply, itâs decent.

I used this in conjunction with a few other products but feel like I am seeing similar results as to when I was taking prenatal vitamins. My hair feels like it has thicker more flowing strands and that I will attribute more to the vitamins than the other products. I will be able to tell more when I am finished with the 3 months but so far so good.

These vitamins have beneficial ingredients, I use them mainly for hair growth and eliminating shedding as much as I can. So far I have noticed when washing or combing I am seeing less hair come out which is great! Not much in the growth area but itâs only been a few weeks.

I have only tried these pills for a week, so I have not noticed anything yet. However, there are many vitamins that these pills have that are great for overall hair health. It is a little expensive, however, there are 180 tablets. Easy to store
