Never Turned On, JOVS SUPPORT IS AWFUL
I was so excited to try this mask. Sadly, the mask NEVER turned on. There is a blinking light on the charger but the mask itself never once turned on. I emailed Jovs support thinking maybe it was user error and perhaps I didn’t understand how to switch it on and the response was appalling. No trouble shooting information, no assistance. I would be heartbroken to spend nearly $1,000 on a mask only for it to break a few weeks later. Due to the customer service response, I am going to have to return this product. If they can’t assist for a brand new product that was sent faulty, I know they won’t help if the product goes out after a use or two. I also noted similar reviews when doing my research. I do hope this product is what it says it is, but the lack of customer service support makes me think they aren’t trustworthy.The response from Jovs Customer service when I inquired about the mask issue was:Hi there,I am sorry to hear that but I regret to inform you that we do not provide order services sold by Amazon, Target, or other retailers. I had high hopes for this face mask . But it was felt so heavy firstly it easy to apply but it doesnât stay put and keeps slipping off. Appearance-wise, the mask looks appealing in the packaging, the color looks kind of different from the original picture and it has a very strong smelling of the plastic.once on, it doesnât fit well and leaves odd lines on the skin. In terms of comfort, it’s quite disappointing; the material feels harsh and irritating. Lastly, the moisturizing effect is almost non-existent. After using it, my skin felt just as dry as before. Overall, I wouldnât recommend this product.
