Medium support, Runs small
I purchased this exact same bra at a brick & mortar store in medium and it is about an inch bigger on the sides and cup than this mediumð¤. In my photo, you can see the gray bra under this purple one is bigger even though they are both medium. I returned it for that reason. The bra itself is great! Very stretchy and comfortable. For exercise classes, it provides medium support.

Pretty darn snug but easier to put on than ones without the hooks
I ordered the New Balance Women’s Seamless High Impact Sports Bra hoping that it would be easier to put on than the ones you have to pull over your head and struggle into like you’re fighting a demon, then carefully fight your way out of when you’re all sweaty. Happy to report that this one does go on much easier! It is pretty snug, though. My measurements definitely fit the size on the chart I ordered, but I would definitely size up if I were to order again for comfort.The material is smooth and breathable, it washes up great, and the pads are removable if you don’t care for them. The straps are nice and wide for comfort, too. If you’re looking for a very supportive sports bra that’s a bit easier to take on and off, this is definitely worth a try (perhaps size up, though).

Pay attention to the size chart
So because I’d normally be a medium in a sports bra, I assumed I’d be a medium in this one too. Not so AT ALL. SOMEHOW, I would need an extra large! And even at that, I wonder if it would fit me.I tried hard to get this on. I lengthened the straps as long as they would go, put it over my head and attempted to clasp the hooks – to no avail. I could NOT get them clasped. I feel like these were made for girls, not women. I’m incredibly disappointed that I can’t use this. I work out almost every day and this would have been a nice addition to my workout wardrobe.$30 seems hefty but it is very high quality – as long as you can get one that fits. This isn’t just a throw over your head sports bra (like the rest I have) – the fact that the straps are adjustable and it has the clasps like a regular bra is better than the norm.Don’t know that I can recommend – depends on if you can find one that fits.

My new favorite sports bra
I adore this bra. I have bought 2 and plan on ordering more. Itâs rated medium impact but it holds up during my high impact workouts too. Itâs that unicorn of being supportive and comfortable. Highly recommend. Note it runs small and follow the size chart.

Follow the size chart on the bra. I am a 32DD. Usually, size charts tell me to get a big size and then the band is way too big. I usually wear a Medium in sports bras. I ignored the size chart and ordered a medium like usual. That was a mistake. Mine is too small. The adjustable band and straps are a great feature on a sports bra. Because of the crossed straps, you will still have to pull it over your head like other sports bras though. I could get mine on, but even with it at its loosest settings, mine was still too small. This has the typical removable pads of a sports bra. The quality seems good and it looks nice. I would definitely try this bra again.

I’ve bought so many sports bras over the years and I’ve never had one come this small after using the sizing guide online. This sports bra may fit a teenager, but my bust size is 36 and the medium was never going to fit…I had to look at the bag to make sure the right size was sent, and it was…but the sizing is completely off. If you are busty – size two sizes up at least or you’re not going to be able to wear this. I get it, high impact bras are supposed to be tight to make everything secure for sports like running and jumping, but not completely smash them flat. I expected more from a well known brand.
