Great product
I am very happy with this product. It has helped me level my blood pressure to an acceptable level. I do not want to take pharmaceutical blood pressure meds if I can avoid and these have really helped!

Saw no improvement
I have high blood pressure. I was interested in these because they’re marketed specifically for blood pressure. I saw no change in my bp readings and did not feel any different while taking these. Before this I was trying hawthorn berry supplements and that did make me feel calmer and more relaxed. Everyone is different so it may work for you. I am not overweight and I don’t drink or smoke, and I eat okay so I was hoping supplements would bring my reading down a few points.

I’ve been taking this off and on for a while and noticed anywhere from a 5-10 point drop in my top number and idk, 3-5 point drop in my bottom number when I’m on this versus not being on it.

This seems to help me just fine. No side effects. I would recommend over perscripts. Why overline the pockets of pharmaceutical companies, and put chemicals in your body when you can take safer supplements.
