I have used numerous beard products over the years and have developed a specific preference concerning consistency and fragrance. Doc Goodbeard has changed that! This all inclusive kit is awesome and will make a fantastic gift.The Salubrious beard oil bottle contains 1 oz. of oil and includes a good quality dropper. It appears to be a relatively high-quality beard oil that’s not too oily and smells very nice, kind of peppery and similar to cloves. Definitely outdoorsy but not overpowering.The Green Tea Tree balm canister contains 2 oz., has an expected solid type consistency and also appears to be of good quality. The scent is somewhat sweet and expectedly consistent with the name Green Tea Tree. I did not experience any adverse reactions with either the oil or the balm, though I don’t consider my skin to be sensitive. Up until trying this brand, I preferred beard products that have an outdoor woodsy odor opposed to sweet, cologne type scents. I can say that Iâm quite impressed with the Green Tea Tree fragrance which is slightly sweet, bit still a bit outdoorsy, but not overpowering. I find it very satisfying.The trimmer is of decent quality and gets the job done. The Green Tea Beard Wash also has a very pleasant, and slightly sweet odor. The beard brush is a good quality soft bristle brush. The comb is also of good quality and comes with a nice leather sheath. What wasnât listed is the bonus chapstick all packed in a high quality toiletry bag.Overall I feel this is a very high quality kit packed with excellent products. Doc Goodbeard has changed how I feel about my beard products. Before trying Doc Goodbeard, I tried many others and kept coming back to my favorite and popular two brand names. Now I have three favorite brands!Check out the various Doc Goodbeard products and give them a try. I think you will be impressed, just as I am.I will definitely be purchasing this brand in the future. The price is a bit on the high end compared to my normal go to brands, but considering the company advertises American made, and veteran owned, as a veteran myself, I donât mind shelling out a couple of extra dollars. Overall I recommend trying the many products from Doc Goodbeard. They are new here to Amazon and not pulling any punches! Excellent products!

Quality Kit. A Bit Pricey. Great Beard Products.
This is a really nice beard care kit. This would be a great kit for people who travel and don’t want to keep packing, and unpacking, their main stuff. This would also be great for someone who’s just starting to grow their beard, or any facial hair really.The real stars of this kit are the Doc Goodbeard wash, oil and balm. These are just wonderful products that are definitely high quality. Great job on these!The rest of the kit are nice too, but you could get similar replacements elsewhere.The comb is really nice, and I really liked that it came with a sleeve, that’s a nice touch.The brush is also nice. It’s your average bristle brush but I liked how this one has a groove on each side of the handle. This makes it so much easier to hold on to. I can’t count how many times a brush like this has popped out of my hands.The trimmer is a nice trimmer. I actually have the exact trimmer, but it has a bearded skull design and its gold. This brand and style can be found separately all over Amazon.It’s nice to get this all-in-one place, especially with Doc Goodbeard’s awesome beard products, but I feel the price could be a bit cheaper.One other thing I have to mention is something that I got in my bag that wasn’t on the description at all. I don’t know if it’s a throw-in, but it’s honestly my favorite part of this kit and it’s not even advertised. It’s a Black & Amber Beard balm that comes in a ChapStick sized container, I love this! I have mustache wax like this, but I never had a beard balm like this, so convenient! I love it so much that when this is gone, I’m buying more immediately. It’s so easy to just throw in your pocket or gym bag. Great job on this stuff!Overall, this is a really nice Beard kit. This is perfect for travelers, newbies to the facial hair game, or this would make a great gift!

Pretty good, not a fan of the scents though
This beard care kit seemed pretty nice when it arrived. Everything was packaged nicely with the exception of the trimmer which came in an unbranded, generic box. I have never used beard oils or balms before, so this was something new for me. Luckily the products had some general instructions on them for how to use them properly. All of the products in the kit have very distinct smells and, unfortunately, neither my wife or I like any of them. The beard balm had the least offensive smell, and the beard oil was tolerable, but the beard wash just simply smelled unpleasant (at least to me and my wife). The overall quality of the kit seems pretty nice and I will continue to use the included trimmer, brush and comb which are all very nice.One pretty big issue I did have that wasn’t related to the scent was the first time I used the trimmer, I trimmed all the way down to the skin on my neck and it made my neck VERY irritated, for hours after I used it too. I am not quite sure what caused this, but I noticed that the trimmer felt a bit different on my skin than other trimmers I had used before. Other than that, it has plenty of power and a unique design that I actually really like, but I will not be using on my skin anymore, just for trimming longer hairs.All in all, the kit is quite expensive for what you are getting, but it would make a decent gift for your bearded friend or yourself.
