Great resource!
I recently snagged a brand new Bosu ball for an amazing price and wanted to know what else I could do (aside from the 5 or so exercises I’d previously learned from my trainer). This book is just the thing! The photos and descriptions are great – no staring at confusing diagrams, scratching my head while I try to figure out what each exercise it. Worth the Prime price, for sure – even better that I got it used on Amazon for about half that price!

Bosu Training Guide
I just bought the Bosu unit for my home. I read the book and cannot wait to start. There are a few things I really like about this book. It explains all the moves.Secondly at the end of the book it provides a few routines, lists the pages for instructions and lets you know what areas of the body that the routine will help. A well written book.I would give it 9.5, the only thing that would have made it perfect was a workout chart to log exercises.

I’m no stranger to intense workouts. In my youth….an avid cyclist and weight trainer. But, between work and parenting, who can work out 1-2 hours a day and who wants to :)? I never thought a Bosu ball could give me a worthwhile workout but, oh yes, it can.I have two, which allows me to add more aerobic exercises, not that a single one won’t get you huffing and puffing. The book has ALOT of good exercises for the entire body.I recommend the Bosu for those 40 and under and 40 and over. It’s an exercise method that can span all levels.

Nice Menu of Exercise Possibilities
This book has MANY exercise suggestions when working out with the Bosu Trainer. The exercises are easy to follow with short descriptions and pictures on each page. There are “routines” prepared from which you choose the specific exercises you would like to plug in for each section. I would have had difficulty getting started on the Bosu Trainer without this book. Highly recommended.

Makes Your Bosu Ball Worth the Money You Spent on It
I just bought a Bosu Ball and ordered this book sight-unseen from Amazon. Was I ever delighted! The book has information about your body core, balancing, and all the Bosu basics and exercises. The illustrations are exact and tell you what to do step by step. Even a person as visually challenged as I am can follow these directions. I love the book and it makes my Bosu Ball worth the money I spent on it.

Used a BOSU ball at place were I was getting physical therapy. I was disappointed that this smaller BO(both) S(sides) U(up) could only be used One Side Up–flat side down. Nowhere except on the box did it say this one should not be used flat side up. I didn’ think ahead that smaller circumference means a more tipsy curve and less room to balance on the flat-side-up, thus too tipsy for me to feel safe. It would have been nice to know the functional difference in the description from the writeup. Keep this in mind when you choose.

This is a very useful and informative book with emphasis on core training and strengthening, The exercises are clearly explained, both written and via photographs and are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced BOSU users. There is a brief introduction to the BOSU, followed by clear explanations on getting started, moving on and off the BOSU; which muscle groups are involved; exercises with and without weights and a cardio section which really gets the heart pumping and those muscles working. There are basic as well as advanced versions of all exercises and an index of exercises for each area of the body. Well worth buying.
