Relatively soft
This is relatively soft for a foam roller. It has some give if you push into it with a finger. It’s definitely not super soft like a cushion or anything, just softer than your typical foam roller. I think I can find some uses for this, just be aware that this is a different material/feel than your typical foam roller.Quality-wise this seems fine to me. Given the softness of the foam, this is probably more prone to wear than the firmer foam rollers.

Small “Softish” Foam Roller…
This foam roller is quite small, it is only 12″ long. (….Actually, they rounded up with their measurements, it is smaller than stated: it is less than 12″ long, and less than 4″ diameter…. So it is smaller than stated for sure.) It is made of a softish but firm foam, very lightweight. I love to roll my back out with foam rollers daily, this one however, doesn’t seem the best for back rolling, it is too short in length, and too close to the ground (small diameter) and when you roll on it, it seems to chunk along a bit. (not a smooth roll.) The material isn’t ideal either for back rolling it seemed to me, too giving and the texture doesn’t do much for a back. What I did like this roller for, was for placing under my neck when I lay on the floor. It was a bit too tall actually to be the perfect support for my neck, but the foam was very comfortable for that use, and it does allow me to stretch my neck a bit. I’m not sure I would get this again, since it doesn’t meet my back needs at all, but actually I do see how it might be very useful for rolling out sore muscles. The durability of this item however does seem questionable.

Very nice
I have muscle spasms that cause terrible pain. I can suggest this as a good tool for using gravity to apply gentle pressure to those areas when wearing soft clothing with no parts that might otherwise dig in.

Small, Soft Roller
I have a few different rollers that I use for a variety of areas. Others I have are much firmer and larger. However, I have some areas that are too tender to use with firm rollers. My outer hip often needs work, but is way too tender for the firmer rollers. This works much better for that.Overall, if you’re wanting a roller for your thighs or back, you might want to look elsewhere. But, for more sensitive areas like outer hips and calves, this is a solid option.

Soft and Short, Okay for Beginners
It may be textured, but the dots are soft and flat, so this foam roller is basically smooth. It’s okay for a beginner who might want an extra soft and smooth roller, before upgrading to one that is firmer and textured. The small travel size limits you to single limbs, while a bigger size would be much more useful. You can’t massage your upper back with this one…it’s too soft and narrow, and if you try the edges crush in.

Smaller Than Stated, Doesn’t Seem Durable
Most of my rollers are at least 5″ thick and I wanted one less wide that is easier to maneuver and travels better. Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience. It looked smaller than expected so I measured it. It’s actually 3.6″ x 11.8″. I put one end of the roller on the ground to measure and the foam on the bottom crushed just from me having my hand on top. I rolled out my hips and thighs with it for about a minute and it’s already bowed a bit in the middle on one side along with horizontal crease lines. I am nowhere close to the listed max weight. It’s hard, as expected, so it helped but it’s not going to last long.

Nice compact size
I like this foam roller, especially for cracking my back. It is only a foot long, so it takes up very little space, which is a plus. I can keep it in a desk drawer in the office. It is very firm which is my preference in a roller. My only gripe is that it is a little overpriced for a piece of foam.

Attractive design but lacks effectiveness and durability.
Things I Like:The color is appealing and matches the description well.Things I Don’t Like:The material feels softer than expected, and the dotted texture compresses too easily, making it ineffective. Its small size limits its functionality compared to other rollers I own.Value:While the price seems reasonable, the quality falls short, and I wouldnât recommend this product.
