I got them to alternate nights when he cannot take the sleep ones.I let him take the sleep ones for a couple nights and then these. So he doesnât get addicted to melatonin and canât fall asleep. No kid needs that. We have enough sleep problems.Good quality and I assume they work. It simply helps him calm down and let go of those racing thoughts so he can relax for bed. I recommend taking them about 15 mins before bed.If you read the ingredients itâs the exact same as Olly sleep version without melatonin.Recommend the jar version so the texture stays soft. Ordered some in the value pack pouch and he says those are hard and complains.

These are fine. The kids liked them. I probably didnât give them enough time to see benefits. And then they melted into a pile of goo when sitting on top of the microwave. My kid was not happy, so popped them in the fridge and Iâll slice off chunks. I literally saw no changes – worse or better – in my kid in the few weeks he took these. No side effects, though, and he did like the taste.
