I am trying this multivitamin liquid gel in search of a healthier alternative to a gummy. This was after a bad experience with the One A Day vitamins that made both my husband and I ill. In order to avoid the feeling of a rock in the stomach, these multi gels were the next to try. The video shows the size, which is larger than we prefer (star deducted) but with the smoothness of capsule it is still fairly easy to swallow. I donât necessarily feel a change in energy levels, but I typically donât from other multivitamins either. The big pro for this product is that it includes vitamins and minerals recommended by our healthcare providers AND we do not feel ill after taking one as was the case with the other brand.

The product is great. I’ve used it and love it. But I’m getting jerked around by the seller and Amazon. Everyday they push out the shipping date. Amazon said they would cancel and refund but never did. No one seems to care unless you leave a bad review. So, I’d say find another seller that can actually supply the vitamins.

Have been taking these multi’s for the past few years, overall excellent price-point for liquid-gel multi-vitamins.Nothing fancy – but also nothing un-needed or wasted.Would recommend for anyone who is looking for a simple multi that will ensure they are getting all their micronutrients for their day. Liquid Gels also tend to have a lower chance of upsetting your stomach and have better absorption rates that tablets.The liquid-gel pill is on the larger size so if you struggle swallowing larger pills I would recommend looking elsewhere – however, despite no enteric coating I have never noticed any “vitamin burps” like fish-oils can give you.
