This is my favorite Multivitamin. It included all the important vitamins I was looking for. It doesn’t make me queasy. It does have a smell but it doesn’t bother me. Great value for the money

I started using a few different formulas of HUM vitamins, and Base Control is a wonderful place to start! It’s a complete multi-vitamin formulated for women to make sure you’re getting all daily nutrients that you might not be getting from your food. This one is easy to swallow and while there’s a slight odor, it’s not that off-putting and the benefits are worth it! If you haven’t tried the HUM line, give them a shot – highly recommend.

I used to take a daily vitamin that required me to take four pills per day, this is one a day and the ingredients seem to be great. I love this brand because they do a lot of research. They do smell a bit, but itâs tolerable.

I have always been a “One a Day” person and normally I do not pay a lot for daily vitamins. I happened across the HUM Base Control and really like it and it is worth the price. It may be my imagination, but it seems to give me more energy and make me feel better, which I love. Read the label, it has all the vitamins that I need and it is much better then the normal daily vitamins that a person would take. The pill itself it a good size, easy to take and does not give you a vitamin after taste.

Immediately throws up after taking.
I’ve been in desperate need of a multivitamin. I immediately felt nauseous and within 1 min of taking these and then proceeded to throw up. ?? It’s rare for me to throw up. I have a sensitive body an eat Healthy but I don’t throw up often. I had not thrown up in years before taking these.but I’ve thrown up immediately within 1 minute after taking these, EVERY. SINGLE. TIME! So it was not just a fluke”. This is not a multivitamin. and waste of money.I’m not sure if this is even safe” to consumer, or FDA approved ingredients. cuz I’m not sure why it makes me throw up everytime with 60 secs of taking it, My body luterally rejects it and throws it up. ??I cannot reccomend this. I’m dissapointed/ disgusted at this waste of money. I was in desperate need of a multi vitamin.I WOULD REALLY LIKE A RETURN/ REFUND. Cuz this is just not fair. These are not consumable for me, my body literally rejects it immediatly after swallowing one. These do not even stay down.A waste of money, and now money down the drain cuz I can’t even get a better multivitamin- Im broke as is at the moment -Which is why I had gave these ‘cheaper vitamins’ a try in the first place.. I like their products. The product is good. This one in particular has an odour. I would prefer if it came in a capsule instead of a tablet.

Increased my iron levels
I bought this product after my doctor told me I had low iron based on my blood test. She suggested I get a multi-vitamin that included iron in it. I chose HUM because it had the iron supplement I needed as well as all the other vitamins I was looking for. After a month, I went back to the doctor and my iron level had increased to where it needed to be, so I can attest this product works!
