Awesome Book!
I bought this book for my daughter (19 months) since she loves books and loves for me and my wife to read them to her. She loves looking at the illustrations and reciting her ABC’s as we go along. I appreciate the athletic/fitness centered theme this book entails to encourage activities in children. Highly recommend!

Simple, Soulless, AI Generated Trash
Found this book at a bookstore in New Orleans. Among all of the books in the children’s section, this one stood out like a sore thumb with its generic, ugly font plastered over a poorly generated AI image depicting four CGI gymgoers who all look like they hail from the Uncanny Valley. And one glance at the cover tells you all you need to know about this lazy cash grab masquerading as an altruistic attempt at educating little kids. From start to finish, the book bombards you with tacky, generic images filled with weird artifacts such as six-fingered hands, double-sided spoons, and conjoined legs with floating feet. And you might be thinking so what? This is a book about the ABCs. The art is just there to complement the words. But unfortunately, the quality of the words is no better than the art. In reading this book, your child will learn nothing that they haven’t heard before in preschool. The book has 26 words, one for each letter of the alphabet, and with simple words like gym, jog, and quit, the only kids this book will benefit are the ones who are completely illiterate. The slot for X is also wasted on XR-elite, not an actual word, but instead just the name of the gym owned by the author. If he really cares, the author should give kids more respect and create a book with better images, words, and maybe even health advice that is actually useful for them to know.

Fitness Alphabet Scores an A+
I loved this Book. Fitness Alphabet will be a great addition for my grandchildren. Coach X takes a practical, easy flow approach to not only learning the alphabet, but incorporating physical fitness into it as well! A+ on this book!

Highly recommend!
I bought this book for my 9 year old daughter. Although she regularly accompanies me to the gym, this book gave her fresh excitement for fitness ! I especially appreciate the focus on being strong as opposed to being skinny or thin. My daughter immediately put on tennis shoes and started running after she finished reading this book. Thatâs a win for me!

Excellent for a wellness and an educational tool
Coach Xâs book is excellent and what all kids should read! It is wonderfully written for the child to learn alphabets in a fun way!â I wished I had this growing up and to know how important health and wellness are for children. I am an avid supporter and canât wait for number two!
