Great foam roller
Really needed a smaller foam roller that wouldn’t take up so much space. This fit the bill perfectly since its nice and compact but wide enough to hit the entire width of your back or large muscle groups like a glute or quad. Initially I was a bit concerned about the texturing over the foam roller because I’ve only used smooth foam rollers before but it turned out I actually prefer this textured surface.

Love these foam rollers! They are more rough than most other foam rollers I have used and can become quite intense but if you are an avid foam roller like I am than you’ll enjoy these a lot. They can get deeper into the muscles tissue to release tension and loosen up tight muscles. I like the two different sizes for different muscle groups.
