Great wool socks!
These are great quality socks and I can’t believe how little they cost. They fit my feet perfectly, are very warm, and extremely comfortable! They are not so thick, that it makes wearing them in boots to tight, but they keep your feet really warm. I live in Wyoming and I am in and out of buildings all day. My feet stay warm when I am outside, but don’t overheat when I am inside. So happy with this purchase!

Great alternative to pricier wool socks
Smartwool socks are great. Having own a few and still do I highly recommend them. But sometimes you just want a cheaper version. These socks are them. These socks have a little bit more stretch appeal even though they have less nylon and same about of spandex/elastane (same thing) compared to smartwool. These socks also have a higher % of wool which is nice. Very comfortable warm socks for home. No defects on the socks and look well made. The socks are very comfortable and definitely reduced blisters from long (10+ miles) hikes.Additionally, I am wearing them now in a cold weather (30F) with hiking boots even if I don’t go hiking, and my feet feel super warm. No need to invest into winter boots.

The smell!
Iâve been wearing wool socks most of my life. They are nice & thick. Iâd probably wear a sock liner with these. They would be fine for people that donât care about smells.The smell is so strong! I didnât want them in the house. I wasnât willing to put them on my feet, or have them in my boots.I am giving them to the homeless that I have to step over to get to work. I just donât have the energy to deal with the back n forth of a return.So the proâs are; theyâd probably keep your feet nice and toasty. They are thick for boots.The con; itâs really only the smell. But it is STRONG!
