Porch Kitty Loves it!
Over the last couple of months one of the neighborhood cats has taken up residence on our porch. It’s beginning to get cold, so I wanted something inexpensive to protect him from the elements. Some reviews said it was too small and not very sturdy. I find it to be sturdy and just the right size for our porch kitty. I also purchased the heat reflecting pad for extra warmth. I have it tucked under a table with a wool blanket draped over the table for a little more protection from the elements. Porch Kitty has been using it. We hope to transition it to a place on our covered porch away from the door and the foot traffic that sends skitty kitty running. He always returns though. I will try to add pictures if I can. Definitely think this was worth the cost and suits our need just fine.

Nice Cat House
I bought this for my actual cat who mostly refuses to be indoors. I read the description and other reviews, and decided it would not be appropriate for just sitting outside (live in MT), but I do have a vacant dog house. I placed this in the dog house with a self warming heating pad tucked inside. Super easy assembly – pops up and you zip it together. Also worth the price. Would not recommend for snowy areas without having some cover as I don’t believe it would hold up. My cat LOVES it.

NOT WATERPROOF or WATER RESISTANT
Last year I ordered several of the large cat houses for my cat community. These are NOT good cat houses to keep you cats warm and dry for outside uncovered areas. The rain saturates the houses from top to bottom. The inside is completely saturated with water and wet all throughout. So they are not a good solution for feral cats or pets who live outside to keep them warm and dry during the winter or during rain showers or storms. The kitties love the large cat houses when the houses are dry.The cat houses ARE a good solution to keep the feral kitties warm during winter months if the cat house is COVERED WHERE THE RAIN CANNOT REACH IT.I also have the medium cat houses, and they are placed under a roof. The cats do not seem to like the medium cat houses as much as they like the large cat houses.The LARGE cat houses are perfect for the outside kitties if the house can be placed under a shelter where they can stay dry.Hope this helps.

Perfect for feral cats
Been feeding feral cats for years and one of them I built 3 houses for her and she wouldnât use it. I decided to try this out and low and behold she actually loves it. Got a heat pad for inside also. Great product

The house is very nice. I just zipped on the roof and it was ready to use. I filled it with straw for my stray cat.My only issue is that the clear plastic door flap was not included.I have contacted the seller. He said one would be sent to me, when the postal strike is over ð¤

Very easy to assemble. Itâs properly waterproof. The zipper works. Spacious for a large cat. Not ideal during strong gusts or storm as it is light weight. But definitely applicable and effective for the region.
