I purchased this for my 9 year old granddaughter. We read and discuss it after school. Itâs a quick read but meaningful and as an adult, you can further discuss the topic and encourage the child to elaborate or talk about the relevance to their own lives. I think itâs a great tool for learning how to live a Godly life, reacting to situations as Christ would have as to and not as the world. I like the short prayer at the end of the devotional, it gives the reader/child the verbiage to use when praying. My granddaughter doesnât like to pray out loud but will gladly read this prayer and says amen at the end. Overall, Iâm very impressed with the small in size but big on thoughtfulness of this devotional book! Iâd recommend it for a child between 6-10 years old.
