Very important information for a human to have.
Succinctly written, Very good easy to follow information. The recipes are really good. Made three only so far but, really good the smoothie that you make I just go out in my yard and pick a rug and I have wild spinach and lettuce and different things growing. I just go out in the morning and pick me a fresh Bunch and with some lemon ball and and tarragon and I just put everything on my wonderful parsley yes and sometimes I throw in a few herbs. I love the coconut milk in it. I donât have it every day but about three times a week. I crave it so I fix it morning, noon, or night. The most impressive piece of information was understanding that a nerve in the spine can set off detrimental events in the human body, Which build and build overtime. I never really understood that. I was recently had to go on blood pressure medicine low-dose but it just irritates me and I am going to take steps to get off of it by following the advice in this book. And the exercise program of 10 minutes Iâve done something on that order for years, not faithfully, of course, but it is so easy and you feel really good about having done it and being done for the day That youâve done something really good for your body among all the other things you do for your body .

Livin by Dr Livinggood
Very interesting. He wrote about his father and the years they went through to get better. The health care system was managing his father. He was not getting healthier.Dr Livingood give tips on the way you think/your focus, the way you eat and move. Many tips on vitamin and supplements . I do agree with other reviews- he repeats himself – donât know if itâs the passion he has to for the reader to really understand and âgetâ what theyâre reading. The book is easy to read.

Decent Book but Overhyped
This book covers important points about the health care system and emphasizes the need for proactive health management over reactive care. While the topic is relevant, I found it to be a bit overrated compared to the reviews I read. It offers some useful information, but it didn’t quite live up to my expectations.

All the whys and hows
I saw this book advertised on Instagram… but I don’t order things from there, and neither should you. But I was very interested and found it here. The main text is very motivating and tells you all the reasons you MUST take control of your own health. The lifestyle changes are meant to be made for a lifetime, unlike a ‘diet’. To start he maps out a 21 day challenge, which is so well laid out with a journal to record your progress, recipes and calendars. I am only on day 3, but I can already tell this is going to make a huge difference in my life.
