    Bought this hoping it would be a good reference for my office and senior pelvic health patients, but I would be embarrassed to offer this to anyone. It reads like a rough draft: Dozens of typos, text doesn’t line up with the images/exercises being described and some basic information about breathing is just inaccurate. Look elsewhere, This book is not worthwhile.
