Excellent -They Work Really Well in the Ice
Wore these last week on icy streets and they worked perfectly. No slipping and they stayed on my boots. Recommend not walking indoors on carpet or floors to prevent damage. Put them on outside. Easy on and off.

Very effective on icy trails
So far after about 10 miles of walking on icy trails and streets I still have all my âcleatsâ. I am 82 and a fast walker and I like that I can walk pretty fearlessly in icy conditions and keep up with my dog!!

BUY NOW; Work with Running and walking (not sponsored)
Edit 1/30/23 (one entire month of use-no days skipped)Iâve been using these every single day since December 31st. Itâs 1/30 today. The metal spikes are in good conditionI still love these bad boys. They are saving my runs/walks especially since I take a dog with me that wants to pull me. Our sidewalks are actually 5+ inches straight ice and and Iâve appreciated having them. These have also gone through a 3 inch snowfall on top of the ice we already have.I have had a couple instances where my foot slid a little bit on the ice while wearing these running but I didnât fall. The slip was more a small movement of my foot than anything major. Without these in those instances, I definitely would have fallen, so they did in fact save my fall.I have not had any tiny slips while walking outside.âââââââââNot sponsored; I purchased these with my own $.I just got these a week ago and have used them everyday since. The sidewalks I use are full of snow and an inch of ice in some spots. Not only do I walk with these, I run and sprint in them. I have not slipped one time in them. They fit over my tennis shoes just perfect. If I just wear my tennis shoes (not using the product) I will slip all over the place. They make a world of difference. If you stumble upon this review, stop looking around and get these. Honestly, you will be happy with this product. Coming from someone who orders online ALL the time and never reviews anything, I had to say this.I even have recommended these to others.

Great but a bit small!
These ice crampons provide excellent traction and stability on icy terrain. They are durable and easy to put on. However, they run a bit tight, especially if you have larger boots. Despite this, they still perform well, and Iâd recommend them with the caveat about sizing.

good product
We have had a batch of ice here lately. I’ve had these grips for several years, not using them real often, but when I did use them, they did the job without being difficult to walk on. They are usually left on one of my winter boots just for slippery times. They fit snugly, are not hard to put on, and seem to give adequate footing on wet ice. I never reviewed them before, but just today thought to give a good review. When I got back to the house, I noticed that one of the stretchy holders was partially broken. I still recommend them because they gave me good service, but the rubber may have been starting to deteriorate after several years, and may be repairable. I climb in and out of equipment, and may have damaged them on the steps of the tractor which are a little aggressive. If you company people happen to read this, I would be very happy if you decided to send me a new set.

They worked as advertised. Would totally recommend.
My husband and I completed the Incline in Manitou Springs, Colorado this past week. Sadly, my husband (who has a bigger foot than me) did not receive his ordered nanospikes before we left. I decided to see if we could stretch one of the ICETRAX V3 Tungsten Crampons to fit his shoe so we could each wear one of them and we were successful at doing so. It stayed on his shoe for 90% of the hike. Each having at least one spike made all the difference.

Work as advertised
Good, snug fit over size 12 Simms felt sole wading boot. Work as advertised. Left them on and used them for four days without any sign of stress in the rubber. So far, so good.

A true lifesaver!
This review is a year late as we haven’t had the need to use them till now. We purchased these December 2022 as a result of a severe ice storm here in the Pacific Northwest. We actually had to crawl on our hands and knees to get up to our barn to feed the horses. After much looking and comparing of reviews, we decided these were a good value for the money and frankly didn’t expect we would need them. Were we ever wrong! Flash forward to January 2024 and another massive ice storm. We pulled these out of the closet. strapped them on our rubber boots and didn’t look back! What an amazing product! These are not professional mountain climbing gear, but they are fantastic for the light use we give them. They show no signs of wear or damage, and frankly it feels like we are walking on summer ground rather than the six inches of sheet ice we have right now. These crampons are easy to apply, add very little weight to your shoes/boots, and provide excellent traction in all directions (no more fear walking downhill)! Not a single slip so far. We are able to keep well ahead of our labrador who is seriously struggling to maintain her footing! We heartily recommend these. Good price point for quality light use crampons. These will never leave our possession!

I’ve used similar contraptions in the past but they kept slipping off my boots. Their size was correct so I’m guessing it was the overall “style” that just didn’t want to stay on. I have lost a couple of them in the deeper snow, so… This time, I decided to do this differently.First thing – the color! I got the crazy pink, and I don’t care how goofy they look on my boots. It’s hard to lose something this bright in the snow.Second – I went by the supplied size chart (online) and the fit is excellent; no slipping off my boots, no shifting, no issues – they just stay put. The pink actually makes them into an instant conversation pieces as people are asking me about these grips, how well they perform (very well), where I got them, etc.I’d like to add that, like another gentleman reviewer stated, I leave the grips on the boots as those are my dog-walking boots, so no constant on and off of the grips to mount them on other shoes. But, if you’re planning on switching footwear, the “installation” is super easy.Third – performance; so far, I haven’t slipped and fallen as I have in the past, with the other brand(s), but I’m still very cautious and just don’t take unnecessary risks on steep and icy slopes. But, so far, I have stayed upright on my daily dog walks. I’ve checked the spikes after my walks and, so far, none fell off/out.To sum it up, I’m very happy with these ice grips; they are of great quality, they work and the price point is good. I’m not sure why others stated they got knock-offs (no carry bag, no sizing chart cardboard thingy) – mine came just as described, with all the bits and pieces (see photos), and look very legit.

Even in Alberta – where ice is an everyday hazard 5 months a year – these work. I walk 4km daily on hard pack snow and ice covered pavement and these keep me safe. They fit my winter boot perfectly and stay on, even through snow. My only regret is that they feel they are already not as sharp as when I bought them (less than 30km of use) so I will probably need to buy a few every year. Regardless, for the price and functionality, it’s worth it.

Works like a charm in hard snow and icy slush. I get way more traction and can’t walk without worrying about bailing. Worth it.

I have tried a zillion pairs of “ice grip” and “winter sole” boots. I dont care how good the tread is, there is no rubber boot sole I have ever found that grips on ice. If you wear dressy boots, forget it.These have changed my life this winter. They are stretchy, easy to put on, seem good quality. Most importantly, THEY WORK. I have been walking on sheets of ice without even feeling a bit of slip. I just put them on whatever boots I am wearing for the day, and boom – done. Instant ice boots. They come with a little water resistant drawstring bag, and when I get to work, I pull them off and tuff them in there. No problem going between dry pavement and ice/snow. You just get used to the sound of them crunching on the pavement. DO NOT WALK ON your tile at home. You are walking on little metal pins and it’s easy to slip (or damage the tile). They fit amazingly on my bulkier Sorel winter boots and do not budge. I wear size 9 or 10 women’s dress boot, and use them on those boots (some with a super short heel, some flat foot, either works). But I would say they’re almost a little too big for those type of boots – they slide a bit off the heel as I walk. They’re still ok, but not as secure. Sometimes I stop to pull the tab back higher on the heel. If you intend on wearing them with dress boots or slimmer, low profile winter boots, maybe size down so they are more snug and secure. They have really good stretch.Would buy a pair every year. Will never be without them.
