Ive only had this for a month, and it was great for a while, but eventually the top wouldnât come off without a lot of work. Thereâs something inside the unit that is fusing the lid into the base. Now, less than a week after the return window has closed- the whole thing just stopped working. Very disappointing for the price.

I purchased mine and was so excited I sent 2 more as gifts. I use mine in my holistic healing office and it was a beautiful addition but it only worked twice now I just see the light no flames because it stopped diffusing the mist. I have cleaned it throughly, I use only DoTerra essential oils and distilled water. This was so beautiful and now itâs a waste of money and electricity so it is no longer used. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING!

I love the style and the colors. It has timers on it but it’s only for the lights. The size is good for a bedroom. It’s very well made. It does very well when it is running. Easy to put together and fill. The only thing I don’t like is that it doesn’t empty the whole water basin. It only mists for a little bit and then shuts off.
