I have been vaping on and off (mostly on) since the pandemic. I have probably tried to quit 100+ times and it has never ever stuck. Even when I had quit for months, I was still having cravings every single day. I have tried every form of NRTs – patches, gum, mints. I have tried nicotine free vapes. Despite doing what I thought were all of the right things, I could never quit. I truly thought the only thing that could get me to quit was getting pregnant, and that is not in the cards for me for years.I bought this book as a last ditch effort, as I figured the worst that could happen is it doesn’t work.I read the whole book and by the end of it I had no desire to vape anymore. I was vaping for over 4 years and was ready to quit but knew it hadnât worked when I I tried in the past. I realized after reading this that the method I tried before was the wrong one, and It is amazing how simple things can be when you realize quitting is all mental. It has been a week since I have vaped and I will honestly say I have no desire to. The one thing I didnât like that the author argued is that there are no âphysicalâ withdrawal symptoms of quitting, which hasnât been the case for me. I have definitely been having night sweats and terrible insomnia since I quit and I think it is sort of impossible for your body not to react to removing a drug that it has been used to for years. Other than that I am very happy with the book and I recommend this to anyone I know who is struggling to quit!

I bought this book, wow, just amazing, received it Wednesday evening, started reading it the moment I opened the box, and by Thursday morning I had my last hit, I was only 80 pages in when I made the decision that I did not desire to do it again. This book works if you allow yourself to have an open mind, I have smoked off and on for over 30 years, and this is the first time I truly feel that I am free from this addiction, today is now Friday, and I still have zero desires, and my withdrawals are minimal thanks to this book, it focuses more on the mental side of the addiction, and anyone who truly has the desire to quit should read this book, you will not be disappointed!
