I like the smell and the After Shave feel, but they need to ship it where it won’t Leak!
I love this Spice smell and the After Shave feels good after shaving. However, when I received the Amazon Box, the bottle was leaking slightly. The bottle was inside of a plastic bag, but they need to TAPE the top so that it does not leak. I am not sending it back,because it was a small leak, but it still should not happen!

Right off the bat, I used to be an aftershave/cologne slut – yes, I admit it. Years ago, I would spend tons of money in an attempt to have the finest smelling fragrances available. Why, I don’t know – just an OCD habit I suppose.However, as time went on, I would discover that some of the most masculine and attractive fragrances were from companies that I never heard off – not to mention, not costing much at all. Such is the case with this Clubman Lustray Blue Spice aftershave. Firstly, it comes in a big bottle (the kind you may still see sitting in traditional barber shops, and secondly, it is ridiculously inexpensive for what you get.Fragrance-wise, it has a very smooth, attractive, laid-back smell. It is not overwhelming, yet lasts a good half day or more. It is both masculine, yet very appealing. The way I discovered it was that one of my friends who I see at the gym, always had this laid-back really nice smell. Finally, one day I asked him what the name of his aftershave or cologne was, and he replied “Lustray Blue Spice.” I purchased my first bottle a few years back at a local barber supply company. Since that time, the Lustray name was purchased by Clubman and is now distributed through them, and I ordered my second bottle (the subject of this review) through Amazon.So guys – looking for something inexpensive that both you and others will love. Get this Blue Spice aftershave. The size of the bottle ensures that it will last you a long time.

After a painstaking research effort to find a truly great âold barber shop smellâ after shave lotion, I took the plunge. Received my package sealed great and really fast. Upon opening the package I was taken back at the quality of the bottle and the label. I assumed that someone had just poured a cheap version of perfume water in a bottling facility in their basement! OH BOY!! Donât let that fool you, I opened the bottle and I immediately was taken back to my childhood and with my dad getting our haircut by our ancient aged barber! This is the best after shave lotion I have, even over the expensive brands I own. My wife even snuggles closer to me now, Iâm a real turd, so I know itâs the lotion! Great blend of fragrances and oils. Glad I took the chance on this item. I donât believe you will be disappointed.

Very little scent
I ordered this new-to-me product, hoping it would be better than the last bottle of Pinaud Virgin Island Bay Rum Cologne, which was evidently mostly alcohol with hardly any bay rum scent. This bottle of Lustray Bay Rum is, if anything, even weaker. With all due respect, if it doesn’t have that real good noticeable bay rum smell right out of the bottle, it just doesn’t count. I’m 80 years old, and maybe my nose isn’t as sensitive as it once was, but it does still work, as far as I can tell. Sadly, this ‘bay rum’ is too weak for me to tell. No hard feelings, folks, I’ll just have to find something else.

this is the lightest scent of the clubman/lustray series of aftershaves that iâve experienced. lasts an hour but does itâs job perfectly. reminds me of the long discontinued Mennen âclassicâ blue aftershave.
