Best thing Iâve bought In a long time
I highly recommend buying this product. I absolutely love it and for me, I like it better than my Thera gun. My Thera gun only reaches the front of my body where as this roller I can use anywhere. I can reach my entire back and my own glutes. I have used this every single day since I bought it three months ago. Every time I use it at the gym I have people asking me where I got it because they want one.I love that the outer layer is not a hard plastic, it is a firm rubber so it does have some give. I love that there is a range of vibration in this because it is painful for me to roll certain parts of my body, but I feel like the vibration not only relaxes my muscles to help with the pain, but also keeps my mind off the pain.If I had to say one negative thing it would be that I wish it was longer. This is only approximately 12 inches in length.(Just for reference, I am 43 y/o, 5â5â athletic/muscular female, 140lbs)

Both my parents and I really like this vibrating foam roller. It has 5 speeds, two different vibration modes, black portable bag, and includes the USB cable plus DC adaptor. Compared to cheaper models that my trainer uses, it feels sturdy and durable. It recharges fully in 5 hours (contains a lithium-ion battery), and provides 2 hours of use on the highest speed. While I have a vibration plate that I use for muscle recovery covering large areas of my body at once, this foam roller is great because you use it in localized areas (knees, calves, feet, arms, etc.) while you are watching tv (i.e. more comfortable positions than vibration plates). Using the roller was only very relaxing (starting dozing off to sleep after the timer finished – didn’t even realize I was tired), and it has really helped with muscle recovery after workouts. Great price given its level of functionality, and the roller has three different waved pattern ridge shapes (providing different massage sensations and deep stimulation). Great product.

I’ve been using this on my back and legs. It’s helping to loosen some tight muscles. I’ve only used it without vibration and on the lowest setting. Which seemed pretty strong to me. It goes up several levels. But I would never be able to use those settings.

Having issues with my legs and didn’t want to “waste” money on something that didn’t work, the price is very good for the product, it charged up and I was using it within an hour, for me it hits the right spots on my feet, calves and areas around the knees. No complaints, it seems to be well-built.

I was very excited to buy this foam roller as my trainer uses a vibrating roller that I really enjoy, but upon receiving this, I was thoroughly disappointed, even on the highest setting the vibrations feel very weak, there is a reason it lasts 2 hours, because the power is super low and weak, You are better off with a normal foam roller

The plug in port breaks super easily – buyer beware
I can’t charge my device after owning it only 3 months. The port itself is lose and out of place so I can’t charge the roller. I wouldn’t buy this again especially not at that price when it only lasts 3 months.

Good quality, worth the money. You can use it as a regular roller as well, but works much better with vibrating function on. Battery life is pretty good. It’s a little fussy about which USB cable you use. I use it every night to get the kinks out of my lower back and shoulders and it has been great. Would recommend for sure.
