I keep both my son and myself in stock of this mouthwash because it’s a game changer and we love it. There is one pretty big problem though with every single bottle, I mean, it happens every single time. The cap of the mouthwash bottles always, and I mean ALWAYS crack and break and it’s very inconvenient because you have to shake the mouthwash before using it, and the mouthwash while shaking it. Everywhere, and don’t excuse this as something your customers are doing wrong, it is a very low quality, worthless, useless and unreliable cap That you are putting on this product, and I’m 100% certain that you have gotten probably dozens, if not hundreds, if not thousands of unsatisfied customers about the cap of the mouthwash bottle, and I and my son are going to be forced for that reason alone to stop using this mouthwash of which we love, so please upgrade the quality of the Caps so that we can continue to be satisfied customers And continue to purchase this wonderful mouthwash. We are so grateful and thankful to you and for whoever created this amazing mouthwash, but this issue must be addressed and fixed. Or you’re going to lose a numerous amount of customers because if this one issue that would be very easily fixed. May God bless you and your family so very greatly. Nice mouthwash but…..
I’ve ordered a couple bottles and two of them came with the the cap cracked. Makes it tough to close it up and then to shake it before using it. Must be something in the manufacturing process that breaks the caps
